Tele Caller Executive (clinic)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential and existing clients.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and remind them of upcoming appointments.
• Provide detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and promotions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic's booking system.
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
• Collaborate with the clinic's team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment for feedback and satisfaction.
LOCATION ; WHITEFIELD (BANGLORE)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
