Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our products/services. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and trust. Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively answer customer questions and address their needs. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and pass them on to the sales team. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system. Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and opportunities for improvement. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 8,086.00 - 31,048.85 per month Benefits:
