Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Telecaller to join our dynamic team and take charge of the telesales process . As an Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting clients for genrating qualified leads. Your focus will be on identifying and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for successful clients.Responsibilities:Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with the management team to develop effective lead strategies .Sourcing and Screening: By calling on leads provided.Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and orientation sessions are conducted. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the new clients into the organization.Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients throughout the process, providing timely updates and feedback to keep them engaged.Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand by creating compelling sales pitch, engaging with potential candidates on social media, and promoting a positive candidate experience.Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze calling metrics to measure the effectiveness of the lead process.
