A Telecaller, often referred to as a Telemarketer or Call Center Representative, is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls from customers, and providing information about products or services.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads or databases.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services.
  • Build rapport with customers to create a positive customer experience.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team goals.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and product/service improvements.
