Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to promote products and services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the team leader.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Update customer information in the database accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in [English, Gujarati, Hindi].
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
