We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales leads or setting appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a strong desire to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. 2. Present and promote products or services to prospective customers. 3. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions. 4. Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved. 5. Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. 6. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions. 7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales quotas. 8. Handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively. 9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up. 10. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. 11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
