Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential students to provide information about our courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities in the aviation and hospitality sectors. Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone calls and emails, addressing their queries effectively and persuasively. Maintain a database of leads and follow-up with prospective students to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into admissions. Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institute. Stay updated on industry trends, course offerings, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to prospective students. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive experience for every student interaction. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates. Requirements: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service roles preferred. Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into admissions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for lead management. Passion for the aviation and hospitality industry with a desire to help students achieve their career goals. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
