Our Company is currently seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers in the Aviation or Hospitality industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, providing information about our aviation or hospitality services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.   • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our aviation or hospitality services and offerings.
  • Provide detailed information about packages, and pricing.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, reservations, or customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Follow up with customers to nurture leads, answer follow-up questions, and assist with booking or reservation processes.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team targets, including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in aviation, hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems.
  • Knowledge of the aviation or hospitality industry, including flight schedules, ticketing procedures, or hotel amenities, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying a high level of professionalism.
  • Fluency in additional languages, especially English, is highly desirable.
