Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to drive growth. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts with promotional strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
