Job Description

A telecaller's job is to represent a company and make phone calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales or leads. They may also provide customer service and answer questions. Here are some responsibilities of a telecaller:

• Generate sales Telecallers may make outbound calls to generate sales or close deals. They may also ask for orders over the phone.
• Provide customer service Telecallers may handle inbound calls from customers who have questions or complaints. They may also help customers with products or services.
• Build relationships Telecallers may build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing information.
• Create documentation Telecallers may create and maintain documentation based on their conversations with customers.
• Route leads Telecallers may route leads to the relevant department for further development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
