Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to communicate with customers, provide information about products and services, resolve inquiries, and meet sales targets. This role involves customer engagement, lead generation, and assisting in the sales process through effective communication and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Make outgoing calls to prospective customers or respond to inbound calls from existing clients to address their queries or concerns.
• Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide relevant product/service information.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Generate sales leads, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into potential sales opportunities.
• Product/Service Promotion: Promote products, services, or special offers through clear and effective communication.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring satisfaction and positive experiences.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, customer details, and sales activities using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, clarify doubts, or remind customers about offers.

• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, or related tools.
Education and Experience:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not always required.
