Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

:

The telecaller at our immigration office plays a crucial role in communicating with prospective clients, providing information about our immigration services, and assisting them throughout the application process. Responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services or have inquired about our offerings.

2. Explaining the immigration procedures, visa requirements, and other relevant information to clients in a clear and concise manner.

3. Answering incoming calls from clients, addressing their queries, and providing assistance as needed.

4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including details of inquiries, follow-up actions, and any relevant information.

5. Following up with clients to ensure they have submitted all required documents and assisting them with any additional support they may need.

6. Collaborating with other team members, including immigration consultants and administrative staff, to streamline processes and provide excellent service to clients.

7. Keeping abreast of updates and changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

8. Adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines in handling client information and sensitive documents.

9. Meeting daily and weekly targets for call volumes, conversions, and client satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in other languages is a plus).

2. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field preferred.

3. Knowledge of immigration procedures and regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

5. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software.

8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?26,427.56 per month
