Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding the company's presence and client base in Patna. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare providers, and driving sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Hindi and English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present and promote Panchmukhi's ambulance services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.
• Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts with a 6-day working week and rotational week off.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for sales and marketing activities.
