Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele-caller cum Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both telecalling activities to support our enrolment drive and technical support tasks to assist students and staff with technical challenges related to our online platform, applications, or tools.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling
• Lead Conversion : Reach out to potential students to provide information about courses, address inquiries, and convert leads into enrolments.
• Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Database Management : Update and maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and feedback.
• Counselling : Guide students and parents regarding course details, exam preparation strategies, and institute policies.
Technical Support
• Student Assistance : Provide technical support to students regarding the use of online test platforms, applications, and e-learning tools.
• Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as login problems, system errors, or access to study materials.
• Testing Support : Assist in creating, managing, and troubleshooting online test schedules and results.
• Coordination : Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Updates and Notifications : Notify students about technical updates, exam schedules, and result publications.
Skills and Qualifications
• Education : Intermediate in any discipline (technical background preferred).
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting, and online platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is desirable.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [languages required, e.g., Hindi and English].
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to engage and build rapport with students, parents, and staff.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle technical and student queries effectively.
