Job Description

• Communicating with customers Making outbound calls to potential clients, handling inbound calls, and interacting with customers via other channels
• Promoting products and services Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing, and persuading customers to make purchases
• Building relationships Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients
• Collecting customer data Gathering data on customer needs and the impact of company products or services
• Maintaining records Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and updating the database
• Meeting sales targets Generating sales and meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Following guidelines Adhering to organizational guidelines and methodology
• Reporting Making reports and documentation based on conversations, and reporting analysis and observations to the team lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
