We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
•Responsibilities: •
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow ups.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
•Requirements: •
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively prospect, qualify, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
