We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele Caller Executive to join our team, specializing in college admissions. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective students, providing them with information about specific colleges and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective students interested in college admissions.
• Provide detailed information about available programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
• Answer questions and address concerns regarding college selection and enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to follow up on leads and ensure a smooth application process.
• Stay updated on college offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with students.
