Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensuring process adherence related to admissions from point of enquiry to closing of admissions.
• Communicating with parents and students, receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
• Understanding parent/ student needs and identifying admission opportunities.
• Answering parent and student's queries on phone and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduates in any stream (1-3 years of experience), freshers may also apply.
• Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position in the education sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hind.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Must be open to work on weekends as Saturday and Sunday will be working days, a particular day in the weekdays will be fixed as week off day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
