Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, making follow-up calls, and providing information about our school to encourage student admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to promote Narayana E-TECHNO School and its programs.
• Provide detailed information about the school's offerings, admission process, and benefits to parents and guardians.
• Follow up with leads to answer any questions, address concerns, and encourage enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop effective call scripts and marketing strategies.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and contribute to overall enrollment goals.
• Gather feedback from parents and prospective students to refine communication strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge about school programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field preferred.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using MS Office and basic CRM software.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
