Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Telecaller who speaks fluent English and has great communication skills to join our team. You'll be reaching out to potential clients, answering inquiries, and providing information about our services in a clear and friendly manner. If you're confident on the phone and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and answer incoming calls.
• Provide information about our book publishing services.
• Answer questions and address any concerns from clients.
• Record customer information and maintain accurate call logs.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• tele sales: 1 year (Required)
Language:
• English (Required)
