Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general information. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales using the company\'s CRM system. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest in products or services, ensuring timely follow-up to close sales . Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments to help improve products, services, and customer experience. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, including data protection and privacy standards. Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and kannada Language
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
