Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads by engaging with potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive interaction and experience.
Market Research: Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and call details into the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the products/services or need additional information.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department if necessary.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
Script Adherence: Follow a prepared sales script to provide accurate information and ensure consistency in communication.
Training Participation: Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve knowledge of the company\'s offerings and enhance sales techniques.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
