- Answer calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.
- Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using our brochures and software
- Convey verbal acknowledgments of offers to our retail candidates for closing.
- Ask questions to the customer and understanding their specifications and Resolving their queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Take and process product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintain the database of customers on a regular basis.
- Suggest solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Pose questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales.
