Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Schedule service appointments for Maruti Suzuki vehicles
Provide detailed information about service packages and promotions
Follow up on customer service experiences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database
Meet and exceed daily/weekly calling targets
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tele Caller in the automotive service sector
Comprehensive knowledge of Maruti Suzuki service procedures
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
Excellent verbal communication in local language and English
Strong problem-solving abilities
Presence of mind and ability to handle diverse customer interactions
