A telecaller's job is to represent a company by speaking with customers over the phone to generate sales or leads . Telecallers are responsible for:
• Making calls : Making outbound calls to potential customers and handling incoming calls from existing customers
• Promoting products : Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers
• Persuading customers : Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments
• Handling customer issues : Resolving customer issues or complaints
• Maintaining records : Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
• Following up : Following up with customers who have shown interest in the company's products or services
• Providing support : Providing help and support to customers
• Gathering leads : Gathering information from the target market and finding new sales opportunities
• Routing opportunities : Routing opportunities to the relevant department
Telecallers should have excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, listening skills, and customer handling skills. They should also be patient, persistent, and have problem-solving skills
