Position: Tele caller
Location: Vijayawada
Experience: 1+ years
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally.
• Communicate fluently in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Provide information about products/services.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Key Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Polite, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification: [Specify, e.g., 12th Pass/Graduate].
• Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred.
