About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our overseas education programs and services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads and converting them into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about our programs and services.
• Address student queries and concerns effectively.
• Schedule appointments for counseling sessions.
• Achieve and exceed targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration and visa regulations.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Proficiency in English.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
