Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads. If you have a passion and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our architectural services and schedule meetings.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing information about our services and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and client interaction.
• Handle client queries and issues with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 0-2 yrs.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with potential clients and effectively handle objections.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
