Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
Informing staff of individual and generate sale leads to convert into bills
Conducting market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
Performing regular checks on telephone connections to ensure that these works perfectly.
Making outbound calls to prospective customers and explaining our products or services
Assessing customer needs and recommending the appropriate solutions
Handling customer objections and providing suitable solutions or alternatives
Closing sales and achieving monthly targets
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Updating customer information in the database and keeping accurate records
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
