We are looking for a Telecaller with experience in tele-counselling to join our team at Arena Animation, Anand. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them in choosing the right course. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment and building lasting relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain various courses offered.
• Understand the needs of prospective students and guide them in selecting appropriate programs.
• Answer queries related to course details, career opportunities, and admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, student details, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve monthly call and enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in tele-counselling or tele-sales.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi/English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the animation industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
