Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about educational programs offered by the institute.
• Responding to inbound inquiries from students and parents regarding courses, admission procedures, fees, and other related queries.
• Explaining the benefits and advantages of enrolling in the institute's programs, including career prospects and potential opportunities.
• Following up with prospective students through phone calls or emails to encourage them to complete the admission process.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with students, including details of inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Collaborating with other departments within the institute, such as admissions, marketing, and academic departments, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls.
