We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller and some knowledge on Admission Councelling as well to join our team prefarably Female. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, providing them with information about overseas education opportunities, and guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about overseas education programs.Answer inbound inquiries and resolve student queries regarding education abroad. Maintain a database of potential students and follow up on leads. Schedule appointments and consultations with education counselors.Assist students in understanding the application process and required documentation.Provide accurate information regarding courses, institutions, and admission requirements.Stay updated with the latest information on overseas education trends Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous experience in telecalling in Overseas Education is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.Good organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools. A positive attitude and a strong desire to help students achieve their educational goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
