Telecaller- English And Malyalam
Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to prospective student provide information about our courses and services.
•Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
•Explain course details, schedules, and fee structures effectively.
•Maintain a database of potential students and regularly update it.
•Handle basic student queries and assist in the enrollment process.
•Follow up with students regarding their registration status.
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in [ English, Hindi, Malyalam].
Ability to work under pressure and handle targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
