Job Description
:
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Loan Sales Telecaller to join our team in Janakpuri. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our loan products, and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan products.
Explain loan options, terms, and benefits clearly and effectively.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and assist customers in completing applications.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Address customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or business is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the loan or finance sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
