• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses, admissions, and academic programs.
• Handle inbound inquiries and counsel students on the right course selection based on their interests and career goals.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and messages to ensure a high conversion rate.
• Maintain an updated database of inquiries, applications, and enrolled students.
• Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures to students and parents.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth application and enrollment process.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, course offerings, and institutional policies.
• Address student queries and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.

• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
