Tele Caller and Customer Support Executive - Female- Madhapur, Hyderabad (1 -3 Yrs Exp)

We are looking for Tele Caller and Customer Support Executive - Female, who has energetic and passionate about the work and has good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our Products, answer their queries, and convert leads into sales.

2. The role requires customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.
3. Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote organic Products

4. Convert leads into customers by explaining the benefits of our Products and guiding them through the sign-up process.

5. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to product, and provide information on pricing, plans, and technical support.
6. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage service renewals or upgrades.

7. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.

8. Gather information about competitors services and pricing to stay informed and competitive in the market.
9. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Any Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree

2. Languages: English, Telugu and Hindi

3. Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs

4. Critical thinker and good problem-solver

5. Should have Good Communication skills
