:Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Tele Application professional for its Make in India Vertical of the Diagnostics Division. This role report to Head Make in India -Lab SolutionsLocation: BangaloreJob responsibilities:-Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to products.-Provide expert support on queries related to Quality Controls, Westgard Rules, Lab Accreditation related documentation etc.-Maintain and share technical documents like user manuals, IFUs, value sheets etc.-Analyse and interpret diagnostic data to assist customers in achieving accurate and reliable results.-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers telephonically, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.-Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to provide technical expertise and support product development and sales initiatives.-Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and quality assurance processesMinimum 3-5 years of experience in application support (Biochemistry) preferably experience Semi-automated analyser and open chemistry Analysers.-Should be good at tele-communication with fluency in English and Hindi. Verbal proficiency of additional languages will be an added advantage.
