Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Understand and address customer concerns and complaints.
• Ensure that customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicles.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
• Service Floor Management:
• Assign work to technicians based on their expertise and availability.
• Monitor the progress of service jobs and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized service floor.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all service work is performed according to Maruti Suzuki standards.
• Conduct quality checks on completed service jobs.
• Identify and address any quality issues.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and motivate service technicians.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service operations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and service turnaround time.
• Safety:
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on the service floor.
• Provide safety training to team members.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
