We package the full power of Deloitte to create The Human Experience filled with heart, vision, values, energy and trust.Your work profileAs a Senior Consultant/Manager in our Digital Customer & Marketing Strategy (DCM) Team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

  • Self-starter and independently lead client conversations for solutions
  • Bring strong industry understanding in BFSI market in India, pioneering digital transformation engagement
  • Collaborating with various department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables aligned to their respective project roles and skillsets.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Decision makers.
  • Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Demonstrating an excellent understanding of the project lifecycle.
Desired qualifications
  • 7+ years of overall client facing experience in developing and solutioning digital driven solutions that help optimize traditional processes across BFSI clients in India or outside
  • Must have worked on Project Financials
  • Must possess Project Governance framework Knowledge
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, power point and Excel advance level knowledge
Location and way of working
  • Base location: Bangalore, Pune & Hyderabad
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, such as senior management, department heads, and employees, to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the transformation journey.
  • Conduct stakeholder management with managing weekly/month stakeholder meetings to present periodic progress
  • Manage project RAIDs, ensure RACI is implemented
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing banking processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Consequently, redesign and optimize processes, ensuring they are streamlined, cost-effective, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Ensure change management is facilitated for the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.
