The candidate should have exposure in leading technical delivery assurance, manage project economics, client stakeholder management, staffing and pre-sales support like solutions for multiple RFPs, estimations, solution development etc.The responsibilities should include:

• Lead technology transformation and implementation engagements in the field of open stack and cloud native development
• Understanding of business architectures and microservices based solution architectures
• Devise differentiated solutions & services combining strategy consulting and technology implementation
• Identifying technical delivery risks involved in the projects and coming up with solutions to mitigate those risks
• Support GTM initiatives and lead response for large RFPs/client pitches
• Understanding of engagement economics and ability to manage budget, scope and timelines
• Comfortable in delivering engagements used scaled agile approach
• Ability to manage senior client stakeholders and development new relationships for account mining
• Guide teams to develop technology assets / accelerators to drive delivery efficiency
• Attract talent and build strong technology implementation teams
• Excellent communication, team management skills, interpersonal skills
