Deloitte\'s Strategy and Business Design practitioners combine deep industry insights with cutting edge methods to help leaders resolve their most critical decisions, drive value, and achieve transformational success.Your work profile.As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, AI/ML Engineer in our Engineering, AI & Data team, you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

• Utilize hands-on experience with AWS to design, develop, and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions leveraging advanced machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and Llama2.
• Employ frameworks like Langchain and Llamaindex to build and optimize GenAI solutions, ensuring efficient model training, deployment, and inference.
• Apply advanced machine learning and deep learning techniques, utilizing Python libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn for model development, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
• Deploy machine learning models on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability using Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing to prepare data for model training and evaluation, ensuring high-quality and relevant input data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub for version control, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement of GenAI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models, implementing strategies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI technologies to incorporate cutting-edge techniques and tools into the development process.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, processes, and workflows. Adhere to best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Address complex challenges in GenAI development, employing innovative approaches and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Desired qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of overall client facing experience in developing and solutioning digital driven solutions that help optimize traditional processes across LSHC clients in India or outside
• A bachelor\'s degree in information technology or a related field
• Strong communication skills, power point and Excel advance level knowledge

Location and way of working

• Base location: Bangalore
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
