Business Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives, requirements, and priorities.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation, encompassing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Quality Assurance:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios tailored for marketing and e-commerce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software product quality and reliability.
• Document defects and collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly.

Project Management:

• Lead cross-functional teams throughout project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress, pinpoint risks, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Communicate project status updates and significant milestones to stakeholders and management.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate robust relationships with business stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and e-commerce specialists.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating requirements into actionable deliverables.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance roles, with a focus on marketing and e-commerce.
2. Solid understanding of marketing concepts, digital advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
3. Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and stakeholder management.
4. Hands-on experience with quality assurance methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking tools.
5. Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
6. Proven track record of successful project management from initiation to closure, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.
