As a Technology Support II team member in Cybersecurity and Technology Controls team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
• Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery supporting the business operations of the firm
• Improve operational stability and availability through participation in problem management
• Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
• Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
• Identify trends and assist in the management of incidents, problems, and changes in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
• Facilitate on/offboarding of services in/out of IAM operations organization
• Perform Identity and Access Management control monitoring and validation related activities to ensure end to end Application On-boarding data integrity
• Manage the lifecycle of the IAM (I&AM) process for Internal and Externally 3rd Party hosted applications
• Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers
• Act as the liaison across Line of businesses, technology and support teams
• Identify ways to increase efficiencies and leverage technology to automate
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
• Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloud
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques
• Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Teams)
• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL or Oracle queries a plus
• Solid understanding of access request, access provisioning and access certification processes a plus
• Multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex projects desired
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes to plans
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
• Results oriented and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
