We handle millions of trades a day involving trillions of dollars, deliver essential communications for over 5,000 brands and manage shareholder voting in 90 countries.BU (Business Unit) - Wealth management firms rely on our solutions to optimize critical operations and enable advisors to provide an exceptional customer experience.Our wealth industry solutions seamlessly connect all parts of our clients business across the entire wealth management lifecycle including front-, middle-, and back-office solutions including trading and portfolio management to marketing and multi-channel communications to optimize advisor productivity, client experience, and operations.Broadridge is looking for a creative, growth-oriented professional to join our team for the Advisor Compensation family of products within Broadridge.We provide front-/middle-/back-office solutions & services for Wealth-Management companies in the US and Canada including the top-tier investment banks.BRACS technology is based on cloud-ready architecture. Most business applications are implemented as web apps built in Angular / .Net. Backend processing is implemented in SQL Server and Python.Some of the clients are running in AWS (ECS/EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Step Functions), while the others are hosted in a data center.To provide custom solutions to large enterprise financial firms (e.g. Morgan Stanley, Allstate Insurance, Guardian Insurance, PNC Bank, etc.), BRACS utilizes a proprietary low-code application development platform allowing us to tailor the user experience to client needs.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in various phases of development and the maintenance of multiple products and systems
• Follow and improve ELT/ ETL database design patterns, document and provide support
• Participate in database code and data management and migrations
• Database performance tuning
• Participate in DB engineering architecture process
• Perform data analysis and database management
• Support production and development databases
• Regularly update job knowledge by researching new technologies and tools, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree with 10-12 years of relevant experience MS SQL (T-SQL) Development activities .
• Hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, data dictionaries; knowledge of normalization and RDMS, data integrity
• Experience in Extracting, Transforming, and Loading (ETL) data from Excel, Flat File, other sources by using BCP/Python
• Experience and Expertise in AWS, data architecture, Redgate tools, Phyton and database design.
• Knowledge of ETL best practices in designing destination database objects and data flows
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills; strong communication skills
• Experience using code management tools, for example GIT or BitBucket
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show flexibility and reach compromise where appropriate
• Willingness to take ownership for assigned aspects of the project
• Ability to innovate and iterate, willingness to experiment quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work constructively in a shared team environment
• Good Communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages for data analysis and processing
• Experience in using Redgate tools for SQL Server
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Mart architecture
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud architecture, Jenkins, and deployment processes
• Financial Industry experience is a plus
