:Job Title: Technology Service Associate EngineerCorporate Title: AssociateLocation: Pune, IndiaRole Description:You will be operating within Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) Private Bank (PB) Production domain supporting multiple applications, as a Production support Engineer. In this role, you will be accountable to drive a culture of proactive continual improvement into the Production environment through application, user administration, user request support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in production environment. You will be supporting the resolution of issues and conflicts as well as preparing reports and meetings. You should have experience in all relevant tools used in the Service Operations environment, have specialist expertise in one or more technical domains, and ensure that all associated Service Operations stakeholders are provided with an optimum level of service in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).What well offer youAs part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that youll enjoy

Your skills and experience
  • Apply technical solutions to improve the stability of production environments.
  • Work with Operating systems (e.g., UNIX, Windows, and Linux) and underlying infrastructure, Middleware (e.g., Informatica, Extract-to-Load (ETL), Tibco, Message Queue (MQ) etc., Servers, (Tomcat, Apache, IIS Web Servers and similar), Database environments (e.g., Oracle, IBM Deutschland GmbH, Frankfurt am Main (IBM) DB2, Sybase, and Structured Query Language (SQL) Server), as well as automation, monitoring and data analytics tools, scheduling tool (Control-M, New Relic, Grafana, jobs, windows task scheduler and Oracle EPM (Brio) and similar tools)
  • Service Management framework such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes, as well as scripting languages (e.g., UNIX shell and PowerShell, PERL, Python, GitHub, Spring boot, JAVA/.NET, COBOL, and similar programming languages)
  • Salesforce development tools and techniques (e.g., APEX language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com, SOAP and REST Application Programming Interface (API)s, JSON, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force pages)
  • Utilize Tableau to build different dashboards for Sr Management and Business Users to reduce multiple communication channels
  • Self-manage a book of work and ensure clear transparency on progress with clear, timely, communication of issues; Work with IT Application Owners in planning and executing time critical Run-The-Bank tasks
Skills Youll Need
  • Extensive experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in client-facing functions
  • Service Operations, development experience within a global operations context

Experience
  • 3+ years experience in IT in large corporate environments, specifically in the area of controlled production environments or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function
  • Experience of end to end Level 2,3,4 management and good overview of Production/Operations Management overall
  • Experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains
  • ITIL / best practice service context. ITIL foundation is plus.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
