Roles and Responsibilities :


This role is responsible for data extraction, product management and System Integration.


Roles And Responsibilities :

• 
  Ensure that assigned infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
• Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts.
• Identify problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.
• Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls.
• Provide onsite technical support and provide field engineering service.
• Provide continuous feedback to the bank and affected parties and update all systems and/or portals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization including opportunities for automation of work.
• Execute on product roadmap with hands-on approach to the product lifecycle \xe2\x80\x94 from discovery/design and research to tech design/implementation planning through testing, go-to-market and post-launch performance analysis.
• Drive efforts to develop and implement system integration through tech including implementing policies end-to-end including design, development, testing, and compliance.
• Advise on other product teams\xe2\x80\x99 strategy and new feature planning to incorporate risk mitigations measures.
  

Qualifications :

• 
  At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced skills in SQL / Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable experience handling solo projects with high autonomy and independence Exposure in handling SAS analytics solutions, especially SAS ALM, FRM, AML and EGRC.
• Exposure to present Analytics, languages and tools management like Python, Scala etc will be added advantage.
