Role Overview
The Tech Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent to support the growth and innovation of our company. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry, strong networking skills, and the ability to effectively assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles across various domains (software engineering, data science, DevOps, cloud, etc.)
• Screen and evaluate candidates' resumes, portfolios, and technical assessments to determine their fit for open positions
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate offers and handle candidate counteroffers to secure the best talent for the company
• Maintain and expand the company's talent pool through networking events, industry conferences, and social media platforms
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the tech recruiting industry
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in tech recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of the tech industry, including current trends, technologies, and in-demand skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other recruiting tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet hiring goals and deadlines
• Passionate about the tech industry and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest developments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
