We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.This position is part of Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) organization and falls under Cloud Services team (ECP).As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of next generation Cloud and Container services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive innovation across our company.This role is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Their primary responsibility is to the people they manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Other key responsibilities may include contributing to a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards. This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practices.Responsibilities

Foundational Skills* .

• AWS/Azure, Linux, Terraform, Ansible, CICD, Shell/Python programming
• experience with expertise in AWS services and ability to handle cloud projects.
• Technically sound on AWS offerings like IAM, EC2, VPC, S3, Lambda, DDB, Redshift, CloudWatch, Direct Connect, Amazon EBS, ETL services like Glue and other analytical services.
• experience in Programming / Scripting / Automations.
• experience in Logging & Monitoring tools
• expertise in Terraform or any IAC tool.
• Good Experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience in Code artifact reviews to aid the delivery quality.
• Strive for operational excellence by guiding/mentoring the team.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
