Technology Lead Position Overview Job Level -Technology Lead- AVP Location- Bangalore Role Description - Summary The CISO IDAM at Deutsche Bank is providing ID and Access management for the Global applications and Primary accounts and service operations is a critical process within this function. It has operational presence in Mumbai, Jaipur and Bangalore. The AVP will be responsible for managing service operations of ID Access Management. He/she needs to ensure completion of day-to-day activity as per standards. The primary function of the role is to ensure all requests are processed by the team within agreed SLA and with accuracy. Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for effective management of daily PMG (ID admin : Partner Management & Governance) operations. Ensure adherence of request processing as per established key operating procedures. Responsible for all re-certification tasks pertaining to Applications, user & role access (automated and manual tasks) which are handled by the Service Operation team. Needs to ensure all re-certifications tasks are completed in timely manner as scheduled. Responsible for all Gatekeeper queries and recertification requests which are of high importance are actioned on high priority and has followed up with the dependent teams for their closure. Should have knowledge on CRM tools. Must be able to interact with Business Security Officers and architecture teams to provide inputs and coordinate implementation of changes. Must be aware of the auditing process like SAS70 / Aveska and needs to follow the audit guidelines while responding to audit related mails /queries. Will act as SPOC for all PMG\'s ID admin related queries / issues and must ensure no tasks are pending. The ownership of the ID Administration issues / escalations and ensure that they are properly handled and led to closure meeting all the requirements. Needs to verify all reports sent to the global management to ensure accuracy and integrity of the data. Must act as SPOC and capable of providing solutions to the team members on technical & process related queries. Will be responsible for all Internal requesting system maintenance and approver updates. Should think innovatively and able to tweak the process by suggesting ideas for process improvement in long run. Monitor all team related mailboxes and ensure all mails are responded in a timely manner Responsible for creating and executing the hiring strategy for IDAM : PMG function. Responsible for managing the training requirements for IDAM : PMG team. Experience / Exposure Must have 12+ years of experience in ID Administration and related fields. Must have very good knowledge of LDAP, AD - Domain, User account creation process, User attributes knowledge, Applications ID Admin process. Must be well versed with the ITIL concepts and lifecycle. Working knowledge in various streams of IT infrastructure domain would be added advantage. Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel2007, Outlook 2007, MS Access, Powerpoint is required. Knowledge of the industry standard tools like BPM, dbSymphony, Notes databases, BCC tools, NAB tools will be appreciated. Knowledge of the auditing process like SAS70 / Aveska would be added advantage. Knowledge of CISA / CISSP is desired. The candidate must be able to prioritize a heavy workload, and manage expectations against agreed performance criteria. An assertive character is essential as the incumbent will be working in a demanding and target driven environment. The person should have the capability of leading and motivating a team for optimum and error free production. Effective communication skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients, enter into discussions with senior management, futuristic and innovative approach will be expected. Risk awareness and Initiative are crucial. Should be a self-starter and initiate process improvement wherever necessary Education / Certification . Graduate with good academic records. . ITIL V3 Basic Certified. . CISA/CISSP certification is desired..
