• Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to test web applications.
• Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
• Test Execution: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test automation improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Automation Framework.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers and help them develop their automation skills.
• Tool Integration: Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 8-10 years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on Selenium and Java.
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java programming.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
• Strong understanding of Solid design principles
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git/SVN).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Experience with RESTful API testing and tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience: Experience with RFT tool added advantage
